For routine maintenance and tune - ups of your cardio equipment our service fee is $150. This will include lubrication, greasing, adjusting, vacuuming out covers , wiping down the machine, and function testing.

1 hour: $150

Building and Installing fitness equipment in the Denver metro area.

30 minutes: Free

In this session, we can talk about your wants and needs for personalized fitness plan.

We will discuss:

Nutrition goals
Health goals
Fitness goals
The time frame for goals to be achieved

This session will also include filling out your introductory packet so we can personalize your program to fit your needs.
