1 hour: $150
For routine maintenance and tune - ups of your cardio equipment our service fee is $150. This will include lubrication, greasing, adjusting, vacuuming out covers , wiping down the machine, and function testing.

In this session, we can talk about your wants and needs for personalized fitness plan.
We will discuss:
- Nutrition goals
- Health goals
- Fitness goals
- The time frame for goals to be achieved
This session will also include filling out your introductory packet so we can personalize your program to fit your needs.
