About Me

      Hi, My name is Marc Cisneros. I was born and raised in Colorado. I have worked most of my life in the automotive industry and have been interested in health and fitness since high school. I started my journey into the health and fitness world by enrolling in ISSA's personal trainer program and have acquired my certifications in Personal Training, Sports Nutrition, Strength & Conditioning, Bodybuilding, On-line Training, and Corrective Exercises. Looking to enroll in transformation, and glute specialist next year. I have used the knowledge I have gained to transform my life from being sick and over weight to losing 50+ lbs. I now plan to continue bodybuilding and helping men / women change their lives.
